Directions and Map (see below):
From I-5 South Heading North:

• Drive north on I-5
• Turn off on Exit 253 (Lakeway Exit)
• Turn RIGHT on King
• Turn RIGHT on Lakeway Drive (you will be facing Fred Meyers)
• Go west on Lakeway Drive
• Bear RIGHT as Lakeway Drive becomes Holly Street (intersection)
• Go through downtown and turn LEFT on Bay Street
• Turn RIGHT on Chestnut (road T's into Chestnut)
• Head northwest on Chestnut which turns into Roeder Avenue
• Follow Roade along the waterfront and turn LEFT on Coho Way
• Clinic is located in the brown building immediately to the right (Marina Building)
• Park on the side of the building towards the water
• Take the elevator on the south side to the second floor, Suite 202

From I-5 North Heading South:

• Drive south on I-5
• Turn off on Exit 256 (Bellis Fair Mall Exit)
• Turn RIGHT onto Guide Meridian Road heading south
• Go approximately three blocks and turn RIGHT on Squalicum Way (AFTER Birchwood Avenue)
• Keep going along Squalicum Way until it passes under the railroad bridge and CURVES LEFT becoming Roeder Avenue (now heading south)
• Pass over the railroad tracks and turn RIGHT immediately onto Coho Way
• Clinic is located in the brown building immediately to the right (Marina Building)
• Park on the west side of the building
• Take the elevator on the south side to the second floor, Suite 202

Parking is located on the west side of our building. There is no charge for parking. Entrance and elevator are on the south side of the building. Take the elevator to the second floor.
